A few days in...

From the outside, nothing has changed
Work has been continuing at a pace, although from the outside it looks as if nothing has changed. All the work has been on the inside. All the wall coverings have been removed to expose the insulation, which has been removed and bagged up, ready to be transported to our 'holding facility' in deepest Kent.

Stripped out ready for the roof to be removed
The interior is now completely stripped out with only the lighting left in place. This will be stripped out next, and the roof removed. The empty space will still be used as a 'field' workshop; hence, the saw-frame set up waiting to accept the full sheets of ply that make up the rood covering. Some of these have suffered water damage over the past winter, where I held off recovering the roof as I was not sure what was going to happen to it. I am so pleased I did not get around to doing it last summer as it would have been a total waste of time and money, now it is being dismantled.

Now all the interior has gone I can take off the roof and not worry too much about it raining, after the lighting has been removed, of course!
